ผู้รับเหมาทำระบบ Utility สำหรับห้องคลีนรูม

ขอบเขตงาน
- ออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบ Utility เพื่อ Support ห้องคลีนรูมทั้งระบบ
(ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบน้ำ, Air Comp, และระบบพื้นฐานอื่นๆ)
คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของผู้รับเหมา
- เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนประกอบธุรกิจก่อสร้าง
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกร
- มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบและสร้างห้องคลีนรูมไม่น้อยกว่า 7 ปี
- ต้องมีทุนจดทะเบียนที่ชำระแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ล้านบาท

Scope of Work
- Design and renovate cleanroom facilities.
- Design and install HVAC system upgrade from 30 ACH to 60 ACH.
- Design and install LFH (Laminar Flow Hood) system.
- Design and install electrical system for cleanroom.
Central and Utility system
(Project Value 30 Million THB)
Scope of Work
- Design and install utility systems for cleanroom operation including electrical systems, water systems, air compressors, and other essential infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Registered legal entity engaged in building design services.
- Must hold a valid professional engineering license.
- Min 7 years of experience in designing buildings and cleanroom facilities.
- Min paid-up registered capital of 10 Million THB.
