อย่าหาทำ! ที่พักลั่นแจ้งความแน่ หลังเจอ “มือดี” บุกรุกจอดรถ-อุจจาระทิ้งกลางลานจอด ชี้ไร้จิตสำนึกขั้นสุด

เมื่อวันที่ 1 ก.พ. เพจเฟซบุ๊ก Holmy ได้โพสต์ข้อความระบุว่า

ประกาศจากทางที่พัก

ทางที่พักขอประณามถึงพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสม

เนื่องจากได้มีบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาจอดรถในบริเวณลานจอดรถของที่พัก ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนบุคคล และได้ทำการอุจจาระลงบนพื้นบริเวณลานจอดรถ

การกระทำดังกล่าวถือเป็นการไม่เคารพสถานที่ ขาดความเหมาะสม และสร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับทางที่พัก ส่งผลให้ทางที่พักต้องดำเนินการว่าจ้างพนักงานเพื่อทำความสะอาดและล้างพื้นที่ลานจอดรถใหม่ทั้งหมด

ทางที่พักขอความร่วมมือ หากมีความจำเป็นในการขับถ่าย กรุณาเข้าห้องน้ำในสถานที่ที่เหมาะสม และไม่กระทำการในลักษณะดังกล่าวในพื้นที่ของผู้อื่น

ทั้งนี้ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์ในลักษณะนี้ขึ้นอีก

ทางที่พักจะดำเนินการแจ้งความและดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป

ทางที่พักขอความร่วมมือในการเคารพสถานที่ส่วนบุคคล และใช้พื้นที่อย่างเหมาะสม

Official Notice from the Property

The property would like to express strong disapproval of inappropriate behavior, as an unauthorized individual entered and parked a vehicle in the property’s parking area, which is private property, and proceeded to defecate on the ground within the parking area.

Such behavior demonstrates a lack of respect for the property, is highly inappropriate, and has caused significant inconvenience to the property. As a result, the property was required to hire cleaning staff to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire parking area.

The property kindly requests cooperation from all individuals. If there is a need to use the restroom, please do so in a proper and designated facility, and refrain from engaging in such behavior on private property.

To prevent similar incidents from occurring again, the property will proceed with filing a police report and taking legal action in accordance with the law.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation in respecting private property and using shared spaces appropriately.
