รถไฟฟ้า แอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ แจ้งเหตุขัดข้องด้านเทคนิคของจุดกลับรถภายในศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุง ส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถนำขบวนรถออกจากศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อให้บริการได้ครบทุกขบวนตามปกติ ขณะนี้สามารถให้บริการเดินรถชั่วคราวได้เพียง 1 ขบวน โดยมีความถี่ในการเดินรถประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงต่อสถานี
เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสาร ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ อยู่ระหว่างเร่งแก้ไขอย่างเต็มที่ เพื่อให้สามารถกลับมาให้บริการได้ตามปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด
เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความล่าช้าในการเดินทาง ขอแนะนำให้ผู้โดยสารพิจารณาใช้บริการระบบขนส่งสาธารณะทางเลือกใน จนกว่าสถานการณ์จะกลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติ ขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น และขอขอบคุณผู้โดยสารทุกท่านที่ให้ความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือ
Passenger Announcement
Due to a technical issue affecting the reversing track at the Airport Rail Link Depot, Airport Rail Link is currently unable to operate its full train service.
As a result, service has been temporarily reduced to a single train, operating at an approximate frequency of once per hour.
This issue does not affect passenger safety in any way. Our engineering and technical teams are working urgently to resolve the matter and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
To minimize travel disruption, passengers are kindly advised to consider alternative public transportation options during this period, until normal service is restored.
